I hope this information will be useful for fellow travelers planning their trip to London
Traveling from Heathrow Airport to Z Hotel Victoria
I flew to London from San Francisco and landed at Terminal 2. After going through the immigration and customs processes, I headed to the National Express bus station, located near the terminal. The Z Hotel customer service recommended taking the National Express bus to London Victoria Terminus, and I booked a bus departing at 4:50 PM for two people for £22. At Heathrow Airport, there are signs directing travelers to the central bus station. The central bus station has a waiting area, restaurant, ATM, and ticket machine, as well as a monitor for checking bus statuses
Bus Station
After arriving at the bus station earlier than expected, I approached an earlier bus’s driver to board it instead of waiting for my scheduled departure. The driver checked my ticket and allowed me to board. The National Express staff’s flexibility and excellent customer service impressed me, and I highly recommend their service to anyone traveling from the airport to London. The bus interior was very nice and the seat was comfortable. The 40 to 45 minute ride to the Victoria terminus was a very smooth and scenic journey

My Stay at Z Hotel Victoria
The Z Hotel Victoria is located just a few minutes’ walk from the bus terminus. Upon arrival at the hotel, Larisa and Joho at the front desk made the check-in process seamless and enjoyable. Although the room was relatively small, it was very clean and came with a complimentary water bottle. We were grateful that we had brought a few universal adapters to charge our camera, phone, and laptop, since the hotel only had UK power outlets. However, it’s worth noting that breakfast and other meals come at an additional cost.

Several tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, as well as many restaurants and convenience stores. However, it is important to note that most of the stores close before 10 PM. I walked to several popular tourist attractions from the hotel, including Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and Victoria Train Station. However, I took a taxi to the Tower Bridge, which cost me £25 .
